Ananasowa I

Our involvement in the “Ananasowa” project began with the purchase of a 1.5-hectare property located in Lower Mokotów, Warsaw. Our priority was the comprehensive preparation of the land for a residential investment. We developed detailed technical conditions for connections to the sewage network and coordinated cooperation with Budimex, which handled the design and construction of technical infrastructure. The entire process also included acquiring all plots that make up the property, enabling the creation of an attractive area ready for further development. The final step of our efforts was selling the prepared land to the renowned developer SGI, which allowed the commencement of the residential project.

The result of this collaboration is the “Ananasowa” estate, which combines a cozy character with modern architectural solutions. The complex features five 3-story city villas, offering 127 apartments of various sizes – ranging from 47 to 121 m². Ground-floor apartments are equipped with private gardens, while those on higher floors have spacious balconies. The developer ensured a high standard of finishing, including large windows, external blinds, and installations prepared for air conditioning installation.

The estate stands out with modern amenities such as a playground, resident club, outdoor gym, and a monitored area with underground parking for 128 cars and bike racks. The location in Lower Mokotów provides residents with tranquility and peace, while still being close to the city center. The “Ananasowa” project offers an ideal blend of comfortable living, thoughtful architecture, and green surroundings, catering to the needs of the most discerning clients.
