Krochmalna 44

The Krochmalna project began with reclaiming the original owners of the plot under the Bierut Decree. This was a complex task requiring collaboration with individuals scattered across seven different locations in Poland. Through meticulous legal and negotiation efforts, we successfully signed a preliminary agreement, enabling further steps in the project.

The next phase involved conducting detailed due diligence and optimizing the costs of relocating utilities, including heating and power infrastructure, to prepare the land for construction. After securing approval to reconstruct the tenement house that once stood on the site before World War II, we transferred the property to Strabag. Thanks to our efforts, the developer obtained a building permit, paving the way for the project’s realization. The property was subsequently sold to Vinci, which completed the Krochmalna 44 Residence project.

Our involvement extended beyond reclaiming the land. We also ensured all necessary administrative approvals, significantly contributing to the investment’s success.

The result of our work is a complex of apartments that combines elegant design, modern technologies, and the highest standard of finishing. Krochmalna 44 Residence has become a prestigious symbol of modern living in the heart of Warsaw.
