The “29 Listopada” project is our flagship investment, marking the beginning of our company’s journey and becoming a symbol of our ability to tackle complex challenges effectively. This process required negotiations with a neighboring law firm, which initially opposed the project. Through our determination, expertise, and mediation skills, we were able to reach an agreement, enabling the validation of building conditions that were previously deemed impossible to obtain by other developers.

With the successful preparation of the land and overcoming administrative and legal obstacles, the site was handed over to the renowned developer Yareal, who executed the Rezydencja Łazienki Park investment. This luxury residential complex spans 4,900 m² and stands out with its prime location—just 100 meters from Łazienki Królewskie. Our efforts ensured the creation of a project seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, offering future residents unparalleled views of the park and direct access to green spaces in the heart of Warsaw.
