At Aura Mokotów, we played a pivotal role in preparing the land and laying the groundwork for this prestigious project. Our involvement began with preliminary agreements for five properties owned by various parties, requiring meticulous negotiation, identification of owners, and agreement on terms. We conducted detailed due diligence, analyzing the legal and technical status of the land.

We carried out a comprehensive land capacity analysis, enabling precise determination of development potential. Additionally, we ensured the provision of technical utility connection conditions, forming the foundation for subsequent construction works. Our efforts in optimizing and consolidating the land created an ideal space for the investment, meeting the developer’s expectations.

As a result of our work, the Aura Mokotów residential project—a premium development in the heart of Mokotów—was brought to life. The project, in collaboration with Israeli developer Mill-Yon, spans 20,000 m² of residential space across two phases. The estate features modern design, functional apartment layouts, and proximity to green spaces and key Mokotów landmarks. The first phase is complete, offering comfortable and spacious apartments. The second phase, nearing completion, will further enhance the project with additional high-standard residences.

Our preparatory efforts were critical to the success of this project, enabling the realization of an investment that seamlessly combines modern architecture, functionality, and prestige.
