Nova Trocka

The Nova Trocka investment exemplifies comprehensive collaboration in preparing land for residential development. Our work began with signing preliminary agreements with landowners, which required locating and negotiating with several private individuals. We conducted a detailed due diligence process, including legal and technical analyses, as well as a land capacity assessment. A key element was providing technical conditions for utility connections, enabling the optimal preparation of the plot for the investment.

Through our efforts, we successfully consolidated a plot of the appropriate size, aligning with the developer’s expectations. This process included a thorough examination of urban planning and administrative conditions, allowing us to avoid potential complications in later stages of the project. Once the preparatory process was completed, the plots were handed over to the developer, who executed the boutique Nova Trocka project.

The result is a unique multi-family residential development in a rapidly growing part of Warsaw, near the Trocka metro station. The project comprises 22 apartments with well-thought-out layouts and modern finishes, giving it an exclusive character. Thanks to our work, the land was prepared in a way that allowed for a seamless investment process, enabling construction to be completed quickly in 2022 and the project fully settled. Nova Trocka showcases how effective land development actions can transform a potentially complex process into an investment success.
