Osmańska

The “Osmańska” project is a unique investment realized in collaboration with one of Germany’s largest developers – Vantyge. The 3.5-hectare site is dedicated to a PRS (Private Rented Sector) residential community for long-term rental, fully VAT-inclusive. Our efforts included comprehensive land preparation, obtaining all necessary technical agreements, and close collaboration with companies responsible for media and road infrastructure. Through working with an experienced German partner, we were able to create a project meeting the highest European standards. The investment is an ideal solution for those seeking functional apartments for long-term rental in a modern environment.

The result of our efforts is the PRS estate, which features modern architecture and thoughtfully designed apartment layouts. The project offers a variety of apartments – from studios to spacious family apartments. The estate stands out with its high finishing standards, both in terms of individual apartments and communal spaces.
