Taneczna

The project at 75 Taneczna Street is an investment in which we played a key role as a land developer, providing comprehensive site preparation for the future development. Our activities began with identifying a suitable plot of land with a total area of 0.73 hectares, meeting the functional and urban planning requirements of the planned investment.

One of the key stages of our involvement was obtaining the necessary approvals and building permits, including a permit for the construction of a complex of three hotel-function collective residence buildings. The investment also included the development and optimization of the design in terms of spatial planning, as well as securing the technical conditions for utility connections. Our experience and efficient operations enabled the project to move smoothly into the implementation phase.

The final result will be a modern complex of buildings with underground parking garages. The project envisions the use of the buildings for long-term rental, responding to the growing demand for high-quality residential spaces in Warsaw. The location at Taneczna Street ensures convenient access to urban infrastructure and comfortable living conditions for future tenants. Thanks to our involvement, this project has gained solid foundations that enable its dynamic development and successful execution.
