Taneczna

The project at 75 Taneczna Street is an investment where we played a crucial role as a land-developer, ensuring comprehensive preparation of the site for the future project. Our efforts began with finding an appropriate plot of land totaling 0.73 ha that met both functional and urban requirements for the planned development. We then acquired the land and signed a preliminary agreement with the renowned developer Murapol, who took over the realization of the project.

One of the key stages of our involvement was obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for construction, including a permit for a complex of three residential buildings with a hotel function. The investment also involved developing and optimizing the project in terms of spatial planning and obtaining technical conditions for utility connections. Our experience and efficient approach ensured a smooth transition of the project to the construction phase.

The final result will be a modern complex of buildings with underground parking, developed by Murapol Real Estate, and subsequently managed by the Life Spot fund. The project is designed to accommodate long-term rental spaces, addressing the growing demand for high-quality residential spaces in Warsaw. The location on Taneczna Street guarantees convenient access to urban infrastructure and comfortable living conditions for future tenants. Through our involvement, this project gained solid foundations that enable its dynamic development and realization.
