Information Clause for Clients

The administrator of your personal data is Czerniakowski Capital Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., located at ul. Senatorska 2, 00-075 Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Data Administrator or ADO).

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

✓ To execute a potential agreement – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

✓ To use the products and services offered by the ADO – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

✓ To fulfill concluded agreements – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

✓ To issue and store VAT invoices and other accounting documents – the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

✓ To establish, defend, or pursue potential claims – the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate interest is the defense or pursuit of claims;

✓ To provide proper client service by the ADO, including responding to inquiries and resolving your issues electronically, via website chat, social media, or by phone, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate interest is proper client service;

✓ To handle complaints, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate interest of the administrator is to process complaints;

✓ To respond to data subject requests, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

✓ For archival purposes, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

The recipients of your data will include only our authorized employees, collaborators, institutions authorized by law, and subcontractors providing services to the ADO, such as IT support, advertising, or legal services.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship with the ADO, but no longer than six years after the end of the relationship, or until an effective objection is raised.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and object to its processing.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), located at ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw.

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes mentioned above.

Your personal data will not be profiled or processed in an automated manner.

✓ To establish potential cooperation under a cooperation agreement between you and the ADO – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

✓ To document the concluded agreement and settle it in accordance with tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

✓ To pursue or defend against potential claims – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

✓ To handle complaints, if submitted, regarding the execution of the agreement between you and the ADO – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

✓ To address grievances, if submitted, regarding the quality of obligations fulfilled under the concluded agreement – the legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The recipients of your data will include only our authorized employees, collaborators, institutions authorized by law, and subcontractors providing services to the ADO, such as IT support, advertising, or legal services.

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the agreement between you and the ADO, as well as for archival and tax purposes specified by special regulations, such as the Accounting Act and the Civil Code.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and object to its processing.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), located at ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw.

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for the purposes mentioned above.
