Krzysztof Strzałkowski
Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 1968 and is fluent in English and French. He began his career in foreign trade and later became CEO of Cepelia France SA. After returning to Poland in 1981, he managed Cepelia’s global companies and founded trading firms in Italy and Russia. In the 1990s, he entered the real estate market, building and selling office buildings. In 2017, he co-founded Czerniakowski Tower with Waldemar Chodziński, focusing on real estate trading and project management, and serves as a board member responsible for strategic decisions.
Waldemar Chodziński
Graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He has worked with leading international organizations in the financial and insurance sectors, including ING NN and Warta, where he developed sales and support departments. At HP’s AMS Shared Services, he managed HR processes. Since 2012, he has co-created Poland’s largest real estate agency, Home Broker. In 2016, he co-founded Czerniakowski Capital, focusing on real estate market development in Poland. He currently manages the company’s land development and joint ventures with developers and international partners.
Beata Bozdogan
Studied International Trade and has worked in sales since 1990, with experience in the pharmaceutical, electronics, spirits, and agricultural commodities sectors. She has launched products, built distribution networks, and led advertising campaigns. Licensed for insurance and investment funds, she has specialized in real estate since 2003. Since joining Czerniakowski Capital in 2019, she coordinates teams, conducts training, acquires properties, and negotiates deals.
Emilia Strupiechowska
Is a real estate specialist with extensive experience. She runs her own business offering consulting services in land verification and investment preparation. Previously, she worked at Ronson Development, focusing on finding investment land, preparing real estate offers, and participating in negotiations. She also has experience in office management and customer service. A graduate of the National Defense Academy, she specializes in management and command in the armed forces.
Konrad kowalski
Is a market analysis expert with extensive experience in commercial real estate. He managed the commercial building at Plac Zamkowy in Warsaw, Dom Żołnierza in Poznań, and the Polish Cultural Center in London. With direct sales experience from NestSeekers International, he specializes in property management, optimizing use and increasing value. He is also highly effective in real estate sales, with a strategic approach to financing that identifies key funding sources for significant financial benefits.
Beata Wysocka
Graduated from the Post-Secondary School of Economics. She has extensive experience in accounting, having worked at Muza Agency, Burda Polska, Polish Cartographic Publishing, and ZPR Express. Since 2015, she has been the Chief Accountant for a group of companies in real estate trading.
Elżbieta Sawicka
Graduated from the Post-Secondary School of Economics. She has worked in the Southern Europe Department of Bank Handlowy, FURNEL, and Expolco Holding SA since 1991. She speaks intermediate English and basic French and Russian.
Stanisław Rzeńca
Started working in the 1980s at Expolco, a company owned by a board member, Krzysztof Strzałkowski. He successfully took on the position of technician responsible for the office building and the car fleet, a role he continues to perform to this day.
Irena Kucińska
